Designed for opticians, eyewear brands, optometry practices and anyone looking to craft bespoke frames, the OAXA-MicroLab LAB lets you produce around twenty frames per day.

It combines  OAXA’s MP5  5-axis CNC machine, Lona 5  design software, a riveting machine, a hinge-inserting machine, a heating oven, a bending press and more

Designed for manufacturers and brands scaling up their production, the OAXA-MicroLab FAB is a complete, turnkey unit that produces at least 200 frames per day.

It brings together OAXA’s CNC machines:  MP5 for prototypes, MF5 for fronts, MB1 for temples, Lona 5 design software, an MC1 friction-welding machine, and all the production machinery you need.

Developed by eyewear manufacturers for eyewear manufacturers, Lona 5 design-and-manufacturing software lets you design your frames and bring them to life directly on OAXA’s 5-axis CNC machines.

With Lona 5’s downstream design approach, designers stay focused on their creative vision — free from any manufacturing constraints. The software takes care of translating that vision into a fully manufacturable frame, ready to produce.

We also supply machinery for various operations. These machines, all CE-compliant, are either rewired and sourced from China, or from France, Poland, or Italy.

We offer for sale polishing drums, beveling machines, heating ovens, bending presses, automatic demo lenses cutting machine, and more.
